Assalaamu-alaikum
We would like to thank MuslimMatch for helping us find each other. I joined
Muslimmatch in October 2003 as Ansaar and my wife joined in November 2003
as SweetAngel.
After looking at her profile I thought she’d be a possible marriage
partner, so I decided to send her an email, to which she replied. We then
exchanged a number of emails, discussing what we wanted out of marriage
and pretty soon we felt we were a suitable match, things were looking promising.
After speaking on the phone a few times we decided that we pretty much wanted
to get married but thought it would be best to actually meet in person before
making the final decision. A few weeks later, and in the presence of a mahram
(Late Jenny C) we finally met.
After a couple more meetings, with mahram Aaliya04 (also from muslimmatch)
we decided we were sure we wanted to marry. Now we had to break the news
to our parents. My parents were delighted that I saved them a few thousand
pounds in plane tickets to India by finding my wife in the UK, but were
also happy with my choice. SweetAngels parents, even though they are not
muslim, were happy with us wanting to marry and gave their full support.
The Nikah took place on the 24th July 2004, followed by the Walimah on the
31st July 2004.
Alhumdulillah 3 months on we are happily married with a bright and happy
future to look forward to together, inshallah.
We would like to wish everyone on this site success in finding a suitable
marriage partner and hope Allah (swt) makes it work for you as it did for
us, Ameen.

I honestly cannot believe that I would ever get re-married
again! I joined MuslimMatch in July 2003 and decided on taking 12 months
membership which I honestly thought would not amount to anything.. but
i had to try!
Later on that year, in November I was in contact with another brother from
the site. We met up a few times and were literally talking every night from
thereon. In January 2004 we finally decided we were both committed enough
to taking matters further and set a Nikah date for February 2004.
We have been VERY happily married for over 3 weeks now and I am calling
to say how happy and amazed I am. As a divorced sister, I never thought
I would ever find anyone!
I would urge other members to get married. As I found some very nice members

I opened a standard account on 26th January 2004 under the nickname kahati_takwa
and she opened hers on 21st January 2004 under the nickname of galb. (We
come and stay in different countries).
In only three days I had spotted her. I contacted her by email on Arafat
day (Saturday) and wished her a happy Idd. I also declared my intentions
to have a serious relationship with her. She instantly accepted and replied

I am a hispanic Muslim convert,and I wanted to get married in an Islamic
