Q: Why was my Profile rejected?

A: There are 3 ways you can post a photograph:

1. Upload a Photo
If you already have scanned photos. You can upload your photos on to your Profile. This is the most efficient and cost-effective way of posting photos. Your best photo should be uploaded first (in box 1).

Format: JPEG, JPG or GIF only. JPEG or JPG are best for color photos
File Size: Please ensure that each photo file size is under 100 K.
What Happens: Once approved by Customer Care, uploaded photos will be posted exactly as they are submitted within 24 - 72 hours.

Adding and removing photos is quick and easy!
Login > Members Menu > "View/Edit Profile" link > Click on the Photo link in the left column

2. Email a Photo
You can email scanned photos to Photos Section or email info@MuslimMatch.com as seperate attachments only. We cannot accept photos embedded within an email.

Q: What are the guidelines for posting a photo?

A: There are guidelines you must read and understand before you can post your photos:
You can post up to five photos of yourself with your profile for FREE.
You must appear in each of the photos - we will not post photos of children or pets only. Photos of cartoon characters or celebrities are copyrighted and cannot be posted.
Try black and white images. They're often smallber in file size, and more flattering.
Nudity, obscenity, sexual or otherwise offensive photos will not be posted.

Q: I already have a photo, but how do I add others?
A: Members Menu > Add/Remove photo


Q: I just uploaded photos. But they do not appear on the Partner Search?
A: If you upload photographs. You can view them on your own Profile but they will not appear in the Partner Search. Normal posting time is 24 to 72 hours. Our Quality Control team must approve each photo to maintain the quality of matchs available through MuslimMatch.com.

We will email you after we receive your photos and after they are posted them on your Profile.

Q: Why can't I use ZIP files to upload?
A: Do not upload or email photos with .TXT, .CPT, .EXE or .ZIP extensions. As they are not image files and cannot be used. All files received with the above extensions will be discarded.

Q: Can I hide my photo from others?
A: Login > Members Menu > "View/Edit Details" link > Modify options

A: When your profile is on the MuslimMatch.com database, you are likely to receive mail messages from all over the world. Other MuslimMatch.com members who have read your profile and feel as though you make a good match.

If you feel otherwise, then simply reply with a polite 'not interested' message.

Q: How do I contact other Members?
A: Contact between MuslimMatch.com members using the your Mailbox. It easy to send and receive messages using the Mailbox. You must be a Premium member to use this.
